Amber wrote a piece for the Washington Post describing herself as the victim of domestic abuse and seeing ‘how institutions protect men’.

Millions of Twitter, TikTok and Instagram users have expressed opinions or shared clips of the trial.

How different this is to mediation where confidentiality and privacy are mandatory. Mediators aim to reduce stress and conflict and try to help participants reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.

This week there is a ‘rest’ for the trial but it is scheduled to continue. Will there be justice for either of them?
