MIAM Fees

For the first time in over 3 years, we have increased our MIAM prices to £97 and £50 for clients who claim Universal Credit. Our research shows that other providers charge between £120 and £140 for a MIAM and some charge to provide clients with the court form pages. We do not charge for these forms. 

As regards the cost of mediation our fees remain unchanged and where children are involved we are able to claim a government voucher for £500 to cover costs
