We do not charge for court forms( C100 and Form A)

Many of of clients reach an agreement during the mediation process and there is lots of information on our helpful links page to guide clients through the process at the emotional time when couples are separating. Whilst we do not have a legal aid contract , we offer clients who claim universal credits  a discounted MIAM  at £50, can claim the government voucher for £500 towards the cost of mediation which involve children and do not charge for court form if you do not reach an agreement.
